All our tabletop glass products are made from toughened and tempered materials, meaning they can manage temperature changes without any issues. Nevertheless, if there is a risk of something like a broken tree branch in windy weather falling onto your glass, we recommend taking it off the table and storing it indoors.

It's always a smart idea to use coasters with plates, glasses, and hot dishes placed on Katie Blake woven furniture. Leaving them unprotected may cause scratches to the glass surface. Be aware that concentrated sunlight can create burn marks if magnified through drinks glasses.

Exposure to climate variations, especially colder temperatures, can result in the accumulation of dirt and mildew, which is simply washed away using warm, soapy water and a soft scrub brush.

All Katie Blake woven products feature a durable grade of tubular aluminium in the frame, making them rust-resistant. For added strength. If rust appears, clean the area with a warm water and scouring pad, then dry it and apply Katie Blake Touch up paint.

The Katie Blake woven collection preserves the visual appeal of rattan yet does not suffer from the same wear and tear.

Made from extruded polyethylene, this range is also resistant to discolouration, however extended sun exposure may result in minor discolouration over time.

All Katie Blake woven tables must be put together, with assembly instructions included. All chairs, Sofas, loungers and Corner Units arrive fully assembled.

When exposed to high temperatures, the weave may become slightly flexible. It will return to its original shape once the temperature decreases, which is expected behaviour without any damage to your furniture.

Our tables are crafted by hand, allowing for a slight variance in dimensions. If a notable disparity is observed, contact Sales@katieblake.co.uk with accompanying images.

Cushion Enquires

This product is designed to be easy to clean and maintain. Spillages can be removed using an absorbent sponge or cloth. Stubborn stains can be safely removed with a household stain remover and warm, handwashing. After removing the fillings, you can machine wash the cushion cases at 30 degrees Celsius with your chosen detergent, air dry only.

Katie Blake cushion storage bags provide superior protection, when stored in a dry environment off the floor.

Our Katie Blake cushions feature high-quality polyester fabric that's fade-resistant and showerproof. Perfect for outdoor use but be sure to cover them or bring them in when not in use for optimal longevity and to avoid watermarks. The weatherproof polyester material ensures your cushions look as good as new all season long.

Yes at 30 degrees after removing the filling.

Cushion fillings should first be removed prior to placing them in the washing machine at a temperature setting of 30° degrees Celsius for cleaning and left to dry naturally.

Our fabric contains UV stabilizers to combat the effects of long-term exposure to ultraviolet light, helping to minimize fading and keep your furniture looking beautiful.

For the best protection, it's recommended to cover your furniture when not in use.

Katie Blake cushions offer superior safety and quality assurance due to their flame-retardant construction and compliance with Trading Standards & FIRA's fire safety regulations. As members of LOFA, our cushions provide the ultimate in comfort and safety for your home

This cushion is designed for maximum longevity and performance and should be stored in a dry environment to prevent mildew, warping, and discoloration.

Our cushion boxes are perfect for keeping your outdoor furniture cushions safe and sound.

Available in two sizes — standard for dining set cushions and large for modular sofa sets — our cushions fit every seating need.

It is recommended to keep cushions indoors during colder seasons. During colder months, it's essential to keep cushions in a temperature-controlled environment to reduce the risk of damage and extend their lifespan.

Night Covers

For optimal protection against garden and environmental dirt, a cover should be used for woven furniture. To avoid the accumulation of mildew, it is suggested to take off the covers occasionally to permit condensation to disperse. As laid out in the care and maintenance guide, all cushions should be taken off prior to covering the furniture.

When purchasing a Katie Blake Night Cover, the warranty of your furniture is extended from three to ten years, depending on the furniture design.

To clean the exterior of the cover, use warm water and a soft brush. We do no advice machine-washing. For a gentle, protective clean, the product is designed with a water-resistant exterior that is easy to maintain.

Please refer to the diagram on either your original packaging or the original cover listing on our website.

We recommend you contact the store you bought the furniture set from to enquire about the correct Katie Blake furniture cover, or search for the listing on our website, where our recommended cover will be listed. For further queries, you can email sales@katieblake.co.uk.

Condensation can be mistaken for a leak but may arise from temperature or humidity in the air. To reduce the chance of moisture collection, try these tips: Ensure furniture is dry before covering, encourage air flow with a Katie Blake cover. Keep in mind that no cover can totally protect against condensation.

Please note that our furniture covers are water resistant as no cover can completely protect against condensation.

Parasol Enquiries

Our polyester fabric is designed to resist fading from ultraviolet light, a natural process that breaks down the chemicals that make up the colours. Enjoy long-lasting vibrant colour for years to come.

The plastic inserts should be removed from the base tube to ensure the right fit, and both screws on the side should be loosened.

Maintain the condition of your umbrella's canopy through gentle cleaning with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. No machine washing is necessary to retain a luxurious feel with the removable canopy.

Katie Blake parasol poles range in diameter from 38mm to 48mm, all specifications can be found on our website product description pages.

All our parasols have a UV factor of 50.

Our parasols offer optimal sun protection with their high UV factor, ensuring that you can stay out in the sun for hours without worry.

A minimum of 25kg should be used as the base weight when using a parasol independently, particularly in windy or gusty environments, to ensure stability.

When used with a table guide

  • 15 kg - 2m to 2.5m parasol
  • 20kg - 3m + parasol

Excessive winding of parasols should be avoided; too much tension may cause the internal mechanism to malfunction, resulting in difficulty in both opening and closing the umbrella.

Katie Blake provides a 1-year structural manufacturers' guarantee on all parasols, which must be registered online within 28 days of delivery to activate coverage. Terms and conditions apply.

To ensure optimal stability, it is essential to use a Katie Blake Parasol Base when incorporating a parasol with your furniture.

When not in use, unattended, or when windy, it's important to carefully wind down a parasol. Failing to do so can result in damage to both your furniture and the parasol itself.

Please note, parasols should only be used as sunshades, not umbrellas.

The Katie Blake Parasol is built to withstand the elements. Its canopy is water-resistant, for protection from sudden showers.

Our replacement parasol poles are designed for quick and easy assembly. Secure the pole to your parasol with a solid fit and enjoy reliability and sturdiness you can trust. Contact Sales@katieblake.co.uk to enquire about a replacement bottom pole.

We recommend lubricating the bearings beneath the plastic casing on the cross-brace with a product such as WD40. After that, carefully remove the tracks from their stationary location.
